Historic Acres of Hershey wedding

Lucky me! My two summer weddings were both at Historic Acres of Hershey (and they both happened)! Such a lovely venue and make sure you check out the vendors at the bottom of this post– every one is outstanding!

Now, on with Joe + Katy! Oh these two… we met them last year at their engagement session, remember their unique “how we met” story? Pop over there if you haven’t seen it! Well, their wedding day was absolutely stunning from beginning to end. There were so many delightful details throughout the day. As soon as I arrived I dove right in to all of Katy’s pretty little things and after that I was eager to get to bride + groom portraits later on!

Their portrait time was, indeed, so much fun. The night before I had looked back at their engagement session photos to remind myself what types of poses worked best for them and, no joke, I can have these two do anything and they execute it with such ease and grace. It was no different on their wedding day. I was thrilled with how many portraits we were able to pack in and still get them to their cocktail hour!

Okay, can we pause for a moment to gush over the beauty of these flowers!? Blossom Bliss knocked it out of the park with all of these amazing bouquets, the hairpiece and did you see that pocket square boutonniere!?! I stood in amazement when I discovered them. I really love that it’s something just a little different. And, goodness, the bouquets– so so beautiful! OH! And wait until you see the centerpieces at the reception!
