I’m working on getting back into blogging and so I’ve got a number of engagements and weddings to share with you in the coming weeks! Blogging fell a bit by the wayside during this season I’m in of fostering the hearts, and the day-to-day lives, of my little ones. But that just means I’m all the more excited to share the end of last year with you!

I had such a wonderful time with these two… this is Craig, my cousin, and the love of his life, Stephanie. It’s so obvious to me how compatible Craig and Steph are. They are both joyful, loving and thoughtful. I loved photographing at this location too; this property has been in Stephanie’s family for generations. I loved hearing about the history of it all as we strolled around the pretty creekside; even the wood pile holds sentimental value to her family. I think it’s so great when my couples choose a location that is significant to them, it makes their photos that much more valuable and precious, and our time together that much more special!

Oh I just love this black + white… Stephanie you are beautiful and your spirit shines!
