This years’ mini sessions were off-the-charts fun! I can’t wait for you to take a peek at these small collections of love and life.

It is such a joy for me to photograph so many of these families year after year and to see their sweet babies grow into amazing big kids. I love to see the different dynamics within families and there’s just so much love to be shared! I felt that more-so this year than ever before, I think it’s because I’m growing a real history with my mini session clients. 🤍 I walked away with my heart so full.

I was really excited about the, “water’s edge,” location theme I had for both mini session spots. It didn’t work out for the Wrightsville location because the river was up higher in that spot than I had ever seen and it pretty well covered the spot I had scouted out. There was a great little area right down the road that we relocated to and it ended up working out nicely! The Numidia sessions very nearly didn’t happen because of this very rainy fall! We rescheduled them twice and this was the last chance we had to make them happen. I am so thankful that the weather that day was absolutely gorgeous. The light was right, the scene was lovely, and the people… well, they were perfection. ✨
