My oh my– we were NOT planning on having a snowy engagement session! But that 12 inches made these late fall portraits pop with such a soft, still beauty! I didn’t hear so much as a peep of complaint from these two, though I’m sure there was no way they were feeling their toes by the end of our sunrise shoot.

I arrived at Whispering Oaks Vineyard (which is where Ed + Tina will be tying the knot next spring) with some time to spare before our session got underway. I overlooked the property and was excited about some of the pretty little “vignette” spots I found, not to mention the amazing vista overlooking the valley!

Ed + Tina connected with me through a mutual friend of ours and I have to say, I’m so glad they did! Chatting over some good food with these two at our first meeting revealed to me how beautiful the love is that they share. They have a bond that is forged by separate life experiences which gives them such depth of understanding of each other. They’re absolutely crazy about each other and, as far as I can tell, they’re completely inseparable.
