You know, we had hoped at their engagement session that the rain we photographed in would be Sean and Kyrie’s fair share of rainy weather and that there wouldn’t be a drop on their wedding day. Not so. It was beautiful and sunny for the first half of the day but then it down-poured after the ceremony. It really didn’t matter though— we made the best of it, did some impromptu portraits in their new house (which I think is a really sweet thing) and captured some really beautiful moments. I was so proud of Kyrie for being unphased by the poor weather. A positive attitude makes all the difference! =]
Sean + Kyrie are fun-loving adventurers— they are so great together. They had been dating for 9 years and their friends and family were extremely excited to see them tie the knot! In one of our emails Kyrie told me that she and Sean had been through it all together… how beautiful it is to have someone with you in the highs and lows, no matter what’s ahead you can face it together.
I’m so happy for Sean + Kyrie and I can’t wait to share some of my favorites from their day with you! Enjoy!
