Allison + Ronnie

I am so excited to share this wedding with you!! Ronnie + Allison had a gorgeous winter wedding and it was complete with snow on the ground… yay!! The weather was in the 40s, which was nice for January, but the wind was definitely biting during portraits! You’d never know it though— the bride, groom and entire bridal party truly rose to the occasion and rocked it! Thankfully, these two wanted to do a first look, which is pretty much necessary for a winter wedding due to how early it gets dark. We had the perfect amount of time to pump through portraits before the ceremony while there was still daylight to work with. Mind you, “pumping through” portraits is not our usual goal, but with how cold it was we did our best to move quickly. Side note: the groomsmen were just out of frame during the bridesmaids pictures holding their coats so they could jump right into them when they were done. Such gentlemen!

Ronnie + Allison’s wedding weekend took place in the beautiful, snow-dusted Blue Mountains at Eagle Rock Resort… Allison is a ski-loving snow bunny and having their wedding at this time and place was just so right. Surrounded by family and their closest friends, their big day felt intimate and joyful. Lance and I were so honored to be there to capture the beauty of their day.
